TULSA - Tulsa police have made an arrest in the city's 13th homicide of the year.

Police responded to a shooting at an apartment near Admiral Place and Mingo Road around 7:30 p.m. Sunday and found a woman in her 20s had been shot in the head.

EMSA paramedics treated 22-year-old Emily Clark, of Tulsa, and transported her to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Officers say an investigation led to the arrest 23-year-old Chiquita Bianca Bulger. Witnesses told police Bulger shot Clark because "she had snitched."

Officers are still investigating.
