TULSA - An arrest was made late Tuesday night in connection with a deadly double shooting in a Tulsa convenience store parking lot.
Tulsa police say 19-year-old Jermaine Jackson was arrested late Tuesday in Arkansas.
Jackson is accused of shooting two people outside the QuikTrip near 71st and Riverside early Saturday.
Police say Jackson argued with 18-year-old Kristjan Thorsson and 37-year-old John White before he fired inside the victims' vehicle and fled on foot.
The victims left the store and drove into the parking lot of a nearby church.
Thorsson died Saturday. White died Monday.
There were no immediate details about Jackson's arrest.
Jackson will have to be extradited to Tulsa where he's facing two counts of first-degree murder.
