Argument leads to shooting

TULSA - A man is in critical condition after being shot in the head in midtown Tulsa.
It happened around nine Wednesday night in the parking lot of the Windsor Village apartments near 51st and Yale.
Police tell 2News the victim asked the suspect not to lean on a car.
That led to an argument and witnesses heard one gun shot.
The 36-year-old victim was taken to the hospital where they originally thought he had just been pistol-whipped, but then found a bullet lodged in his skull.
