TULSA - Andrew Joseph Dennehy, the man accused in the plaza shooting at the Tulsa County Courthouse, was booked into jail Wednesday after being released from the hospital.
Dennehy, 23, is charged with two counts of shooting with intent to kill, one count of possession of a firearm after delinquent adjudication and one count of reckless conduct with a firearm.
Three people were hospitalized after the shooting, including Dennehy and a Tulsa County sheriff's deputy. Dennehy was shot in the face and body.
Dennehy has faced a number of criminal charges in the past few years.
In 2007, he pleaded guilty to carrying a firearm under the influence. A year later he pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.
In 2010, Dennehy pleaded guilty to public intoxication.
His bond is set at $1 million.
