TULSA - Amber Hilberling, the woman accused of pushing her husband out of a 25th story window, is back behind bars.
At a court appearance Monday morning, a judge sent her back to jail after she failed to keep her ankle monitor battery charged.
Hilberling's attorney said she was in the hospital and wasn't able to charge it.
The 20-year-old is facing second degree murder for the death of her husband Josh, who fell to his death from the couple's apartment back in June.
