CHEROKEE COUNTY, Okla. - A Tulsa woman was killed early Friday morning in a Cherokee County crash.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, 32-year-old Mandy Alvarado, of Tulsa, was driving a 2000 Chevrolet Venture Van west of Hulbert on State Highway 51 around 5 a.m.

Alvarado's van departed the roadway to the right, striking a gravel driveway and catching on fire.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.
