Suspects in Muskogee mall shooting caught

The Muskogee County Sheriff's Office told 2NEWS that Daniel Anderson was arrested Monday evening.   Police say he is a person of interest from Saturday's shooting, but they are holding him with a previous warrant from a separate shooting.

Earlier in the day, law enforcement officials arrested two suspects and a person of interest.

Muskogee police say they are still actively searching for several other suspects and people of interest.  They are still working on exactly who they are looking for and putting together descriptions. Officers say they are continuing interviews with witnesses and reviewing surveillance video.

Michael Mayberry, 16, Antone Nelson, 17, and Deondrey Fowler were captured at a Muskogee home at the corner of Denver and South 9th Streets Monday afternoon.

Mayberry was arrested on a first-degree murder charges, five counts of shooting with intent to kill, & a warrant for assault with a deadly weapon. Nelson and Fowler was arrested on a complaint of accessory to murder & five counts of shooting with intent to kill.

25-year-old Tenesha Nunley and 24-year-old Augusta Parker were arrested on a harboring a fugitive.

20-year-old Daniel Jermaine Anderson was arrested on warrants for conspiracy to use vehicle in discharge of firearm, use of vehicle in discharge of a weapon, conspiracy to commit assault with a deadly weapon, & assault with a deadly weapon.

U.S. Marshals and Muskogee police received a CrimeStoppers tip and were able to locate and take the suspects into custody.

Jarrod Reed, 17, of Muskogee was killed in shooting while five others were injured; two were transported to local hospitals with life-threatening injuries.

Investigators believe the shooting is gang-related and is connected to a pair of drive-by shootings.

The Muskogee County District Attorney's office says all of the suspects will be charged as adults.
