TULSA - TULSA - Tulsa police enacted "Operation Slick Streets" Monday afternoon.
While on Slick Streets, officers will not respond to non-injury accidents.
Instead, police say drivers should exchange insurance information. Incidents can then be reported by filling out a form available at most QuikTrips or online at http://bit.ly/VllWof .
