YUKON, Okla. - A Hugo High School basketball player scored the winning basket Thursday night, for the wrong team.
Hugo was leading Millwood High School, 37-36, with less than four seconds remaining in the first round game of the 3A state championship playoffs.
The player caught an inbounds pass and easily drove to Millwood's hoop, for the layup.
The basket gave Millwood the two points it needed to secure the 38-37 victory.

Marcus Brother, a Millwood fan, recorded the play and posted it on the internet.
In the video, Brother can be heard saying, "I'm about to get something amazing."
On Friday, Brother spoke about the Hugo player.
"I feel for him," he said. "That's a tough way to end."
The loss ended Hugo's season, while Millwood moved on in the the state tournament.
