Father of Muskogee mall shooting suspect arrested

Muskogee police confirm they have arrested the father of the alleged gunman, in connection with the April 10 mall shootings that killed a 17-year-old and injured five people.
38-year old Donald Fowler, who is the father of 19-year old Dondray Fowler, was arraigned in court Monday on anticipated charges of tampering with evidence. He is scheduled to appear in court again Tuesday at 3 p.m. His bond has been set at $2,500.
