TULSA - Tulsa crews have reopened East 61st Street, the city has confirmed.

Repairs continued Tuesday on a water main break in south Tulsa that shut down a portion of the street.

Crews responded Monday to 61st near 92nd East Avenue when a 48-inch line broke, flooding the area.

Evacuations were ordered and several schools and a library shut down until the water receded.

East 61st Street between Memorial and Mingo was shut down overnight.

Traffic will remain limited to one lane in each direction between South 90th East Avenue and South 92nd East Avenue.
