TULSA, Okla. - A five-year-old boy was ejected 15-feet during a crash and found in the middle of Highway 169.
Troopers say the driver, 32-year-old Joshua Waggoner, was in a 2001 Lexas driving southbound on US 169 and swerved off the road near 56th Street North, then overcorrected and crossed both southbound lanes of traffic.
The driver then hit the outside cable barrier causing the vehicle to roll two times, Troopers said. The driver was pinned for 10 minutes until Owasso Fire Department got him out.
The boy was taken to a Tulsa hospital in stable condition with injuries to his head and other areas.
Waggoner was transported to a hospital with multiple injuries but is said to be stable.
