TULSA - A Tulsa power outage left around 3,500 people without electricity early Wednesday.
A PSO spokesperson said an unknown problem caused a transformer to blow at the Dawson substation in the northeast part of Tulsa around 3:45 a.m.
PSO officials said power was restored to all of its customers at 5:53 a.m.
