SPERRY, Okla. - Fire crews continue to watch for hot spots after a grass fire burned in Sperry on Monday.
The flames charred about 300 acres. No homes or other structures were burned.
Firefighters from eight different departments helped put out the flames that started around 2 p.m. Monday.
Fire officials say the cause is still under investigation.
