TULSA - A south Tulsa woman is charged with second-degree manslaughter after her baby drowned in the bathtub.
Twenty-one-year-old Makayla Rhotenberry turned herself in Thursday on a warrant stemming from the baby's May death.
According to court documents, 13-month-old Avery Rhotenberry was left in a bathtub of water May 22 when her mother walked away and left the room, "failing to provide proper supervision."
Avery died two days later.
Rhotenberry bailed out hours later on $25,000 bond.

Officials say about 20 train cars, coming from an auto facility, carrying new cars, syrup and other commodities, overturned. None of the cars contained hazardous materials.
