2012 Christmas, Holiday parades; Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Bartlesville, Muskogee, Jenks, Owasso, Sapulpa

TULSA - It's that time of year as the holiday season draws near and communities display their floats to spread the Christmas cheer.

Communities all over Green Country are celebrating the season with a parade.

Friday, November 30th

7 p.m.  Sand Springs Festival of Lights Christmas Parade  - The parade starts at 2nd and Main Street, downtown.


Saturday, December 1st

10 a.m .  Broken Arrow Civitans  Annual Christmas Parade  - It’s a Main Street parade that begins at the intersection of Main and College.

2 p.m. Glenpool Christmas Parade - The procession will begin at Fern Street and end on Broadway Street.

2 p.m .  Muskogee Christmas Parade  - The parade is held in downtown Muskogee and begins at the civic center.

6 p.m. Okmulgee Festival of Lights Parade - The parade will begin at the intersection of 6th Street and Alabama in downtown Okmulgee.

6 p.m .  Tahlequah Christmas Parade of Lights  - The parade route is from Crafton Street to Chickasaw Street. 


Thursday, December 6th

6 p.m.  Wagoner Holiday Traditions Christmas Parade - The route will go west on Cherokee, turn south on Main and turn east on to Church Street.

7 p.m.  McAlester Victorian Christmas Parade  - The parade is held on Choctaw downtown McAlester.

7 p.m.  Pryor Parade of Lights  - The parade begins at the corner of Hogan Street and Graham and finishes on NE 1st Street in downtown Pryor.


Saturday, December 8th

9:30 a.m .  Owasso "A Very Disney Christmas" Parade  - The parade will begin on Main Street in Owasso .

11a. m.  Collinsville Christmas Parade  - The parade route is from 15th Street at Main then east to Fifth Street.

6 p.m. Catoosa Christmas Parade - The parade will begin on the old downtown on Battlefield Parkway.

6 p.m. Tulsa Hills Christmas Parade - The event will begin at the Tulsa Hills Shopping Center at 7300 S. Olympia Ave. in Tulsa.

6 p.m. Tulsa Holiday Parade - The parade will begin at 400 S. Elgin Ave. in downtown Tulsa.

6 p.m . Sapulpa Christmas Parade

6 p.m . Grove Christmas Parade - The event will begin at the corner of East 3rd Street and S. Main Street.


Friday, December 14th

6 p.m.   Bixby Christmas Parade  - The parade begin at the corner of  S. D. Ave. and E. 5th St. S.
 

Saturday, December 15th

5:30 p.m .  Bartlesville Christmas Parade  - The parade starts at Frank Phillips Boulevard at Short Avenue.
