2 killed in Tulsa head-on collision

TULSA - Tulsa Police are still trying to determine the cause of the fatal wreck on 61st Street and South Waco Avenue that happened early Sunday morning.
Sgt. Doug Brown tells 2NEWS a truck collided head-on with another vehicle occupied by a man and a woman about 1:45 this morning.
The woman was pronounced dead on the scene, and the man later passed away in a Tulsa hospital.
Two people were in the truck and had to be extricated by the Tulsa Fire Department's Jaws of Life.
They have been listed in serious condition.
The driver of a third car involved in the crash was uninjured.
