TULSA - Tulsa police arrested one driver early Tuesday morning and another was taken to the hospital after a two-car accident at 56th and South Peoria.
The wreck happened just after 12:30 a.m.
Police tell 2NEWS that both vehicles came to the intersection and both had green lights, but one driver failed to obey the right-of-way. Officers say the cars crashed when one driver attempted a left turn in front of the other.
The woman who turned in front of the other driver was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police determined that the other driver, while not at fault for the accident, had been drinking.
He was arrested.
