TULSA - An apparent construction accident claimed the life of a person at Saint Francis Hospital Thursday.
Tulsa police officer Jill Roberson said the man fell from one roof to another. In a release, Saint Francis said the individual was found on the Trauma Emergency Center Tower.
EMSA paramedics responded to the scene around 11:50 a.m. The 35-year-old man was dead on arrival from traumatic injuries, said spokeswoman Kelli Bruer.
Manhattan Construction workers "quickly stopped construction and removed workers from the site" and TPD was immediately notified, according to Saint Francis officials.
Tulsa police are investigating.
