WASHINGTON - It's flu season, and if you want to stay healthy there are some foods that are packed with antioxidants and vitamins that will help you out.
They include broccoli, legumes, green tea, blueberries and salmon.
A couple others are squash, yogurt and chicken soup.
Doctors say first and foremost get the vaccine, and they’re targeting one generation in particular, Generation X.
Doctors say those people are the opinion makers and drive things happening in their families.
There are many places you can get a free or low-cost flu vaccine, just contact your county health department for more information.
