Do you always make sure to eat breakfast in hopes of keeping off those extra pounds?
Well you don't have to feel bad about not eating that first meal anymore. New research found that skipping breakfast has little to no effect on weight gain.
A report in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition said the study shows the most important factor in losing weight is how much people changed their eating habits.
The findings also showed that people do equally well eating or not eating breakfast.
Researchers said these findings have been drowned out by observational studies that have found associations between breakfast habits and obesity, but no real link.
