TULSA - Dumbbell Dead Lift- this is a terrific exercise that is a full body workout.

Goblet Squat- This is a great variation of a front squat that simulates real life activity.

Farmer Walks- Pick up something heavy. It could be jugs of water, dumbbells, or heavy bags and simply walk forty or fifty yards. You will be shocked just how great of a workout this is for your forearms, grip, neck arms and chest.

Wall squat- this is more of a mobility exercise that stretches out the calves and back, two areas that often is the real reason people have a hard time squatting.
