TULSA - The former Skiatook Superintendent, now facing two indictments, was in court this morning.

Dr. Gary Johnson faces two indictments for embezzlement and bribing a public official.

Today, his arraignment was delayed as the District Attorneys office adds information to the original idictment.

Several Skiatook parents and teachers were in the courtroom for the hearing.

Linda Loftis is one of those parents and she is happy the case is moving forward, but she says the whole situation is still upsetting.

"It breaks my heart. It's just really sad that this has turned in this direction," she said.

District Attorney Tim Harris would not say whether new charges would be added to the indictment.

Johnson's next court date is July 13.
