Investigators say they may have break in the murder of Tulsa businessman.

A stolen van has been found abandoned in the parking lot of an apartment complex at 37th Street and Lakewood.

Residents say the van has been in the same spot for several months.

Tulsa Police say they think it could be linked to the murder of Neal Sweeney; he was shot and killed inside his office last September.

The suspect in the Sweeney case was seen leaving in a van much like the one found Wednesday night.

But, Detective Mike Huff says it's still too early to tell, "The fact that it was stolen about from outside the city during the time of the Sweeney murder I think that's significant in and of itself."

Investigators will spend the next day or two searching the van for any signs of evidence in the Sweeney case.
