A warning against drunk driving doubled as a startling confession from a man who is likely headed to prison.
Matthew Cordle confesses to driving his truck "completely blacked out," going the wrong way down the highway and directly into oncoming traffic, striking and killing a man.
A man, Vincent Canzani, died.
Cordle hasn't been charged, but admitted to police he had been drinking.
"I was out with some friends. We were all drinking really heavily, just hopping from bar to bar. Just trying to have fun and I lost control."
He created the video Aug. 27 because he has a message he must share.
"I beg you, and I say the word 'beg' specifically. I'm begging you, please don't drink and drive," Cordle said.
Cordle knows this video could mean he is going "away for a very long time."
"When I get charged, I will plead guilty and take full responsibility for everything I’ve done to Vincent and his family."
