The national average for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline dropped more than 2.5 cents Thursday morning to $3.599, according to the AAA Daily Fuel Gauge Report.

That’s about 21 cents lower than it was a month ago.

While some states (like California, Alaska and Hawaii) are still paying more than $4 a gallon, the pain at the pump is much less severe for drivers in states where the average price is way under the national average.

Here’s a look at the 10 states with the cheapest gas prices, according to AAA’s daily report, with the price of a gallon of regular unleaded listed:

Missouri: $3.256
Ohio: $3.309
Oklahoma: $3.315
South Carolina $3.336
Tennessee: $3.371
Indiana: $3.381
Texas: $3.394
Arkansas: $3.400
Mississippi: $3.403
Alabama: $3.410
