TULSA - This week Taft experienced his first workout variation, circuit-style weight training.
Circuit training is beneficial because we can burn calories while preserving muscle. The rest of month two will involve intense circuits.
Taft's shoulder began aching earlier in the week which prompted Wes to begin making changes.
Also, Taft is beginning to see weight-loss slow down just a bit. Instead of lowering calories we will focus on further reducing starchy carbs and increasing exercise intensity.
