TULSA - The Melting Pot joins us for Sunday Brunch. The chef is making Chocolate Cherry Pie Fondue, a Mother's Day favorite.
4 ounces white chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 heaping teaspoon of Mascarpone cheese
2 ounces cherry pie filling
Add chocolate to the top of a double boiler set over simmering water.
Heat until the chocolate is melted, stirring constantly. Be careful not to let the chocolate burn.
Fold in the Mascarpone cheese. Pour into a warm fondue pot.
Add the Cherry Pie filling and stir gently to combine. Keep fondue warm over low heat.
Dip your favorite treats into the chocolate, and enjoy!
