TULSA - The Tulsa Food Guy shares one of his favorite tailgating dishes. Top your favorite grilled sausages with these tasty beer caramelized onions.
Ingredients:
- 1 white onion
- 1 red onion
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter in sautee pan. Place onion, garlic, salt and pepper in pan. Sautee until translucent. Add beer. Reduce until tender.
Serve on your favorite grilled bratwurst, Polish sausage or hot links.
