TULSA - Although you can use any fish for this delicious recipe, the Tulsa Food Guy is using crappie for this tasty Cajun-seasoned fried fish.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds fish
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Cajun season to taste


Batter fish and fry 3-5 minutes.
