TULSA - Since everyone is getting in shape, Julie says you need to feed your muscles more protein. The more you feed your muscles the more you build and as your may already know, muscle tissue burns 4 times the calories of fat tissue.  Julie says this recipe is quick, easy, and very yummy . Serve this with a piece of fruit and you are all set.

Ingredients

Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
0.25 cup Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
0.25 tsp Pam
*Thomas' Thin Bagel Plain, 1 serving
*Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese (Serving = 1 wedge), 1 serving
*Extra Lean Canadian Back Bacon, 3 slices

 

    Directions
    Put your bagel thin in the toaster and toast it. While toasting the bread, in a dry non stick skillet pan on high heat, put Canadian bacon in the pan and brown 1 minute on each side. Remove from pan. Spray same pan with Pam non stick spray and move heat to medium, mix egg beaters with Mrs Dash and pour into pan. Cook for 30 seconds then flip and cook for 30 more seconds. Pull toasted bagel out of toaster and spread laughing cow cheese, egg, and Canadian bacon on it. Wrap in foil and you have a breakfast sandwich to go.
