1 can of Red beans (or cooked) with 1-2 homemade andouille sausage, available at Hebert's

1-2 cups of cooked Louisiana style sticky white rice

Corn maque choux: 1 can of whole and cream corn (or fresh) with peppers and onions and spices to taste

Quarter link of homemade smoked hot link sausage

Serve with side of traditional cole slaw.
