Fun Food Friday: Los Cabos Homemade Guacamole

TULSA - Recipe:

2 pounds of fresh Haas avocado chunks
1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
4 ounces of diced red onions
4 ounces of diced roma tomatoes
2 ounces of fresh cilantro leaves rough chopped
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon white pepper
1 ounce of diced jalapenos

Mix all the above ingredients in a medium sized bowl until well incorporated. Place a paper towel with lemon juice soaked into it over the prepared guacamole and place in refrigerator for at least one hour.

Serve cold and with warm tortilla chips.
