Trey Winkle from R Bar and Grill on Brookside joins us in the Reasor's kitchen to make homemade hollandaise sauce -- perfect for Eggs Benedict.
3 egg yolks
1/2 lb. butter
1 t lemon juice
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1 t white vinegar
1 t Louisiana hot sauce, or the hot sauce of your choice
salt and pepper to taste
Heat butter to 180 degrees. Mix ingredients in a food processor on a low setting. (Sauce can also be mixed with a whisk.)
