TULSA - Are you looking for a different way to make tacos?
Here's an idea from Chimi's owner, Brandon Fischer - steak street tacos.
- Thinly sliced beef shoulder
- Chile de Arbol sauce
- Tomatillo sauce
- 4" corn tortillas
- Red onion
Melt butter in a saucepan and cook the thinly sliced beef shoulder.
Add salt to taste and top off with Chile de Arbol sauce.
Warm corn tortillas and then place beef in the center and top with tomatillo sauce, red onion and cilantro.
Garnish with a lime.
