TULSA - IHOP restaurants are celebrating National Pancake Day Tuesday, and for the eighth year, IHOPs nationwide are raising money for Shriners Hospitals and other local charities.

All guests Tuesday at participating restaurants from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. are being offered a free short stack, and for every short stack served on National Pancake Day IHOP guests are invited to make a donation to Shriners Hospitals.

Last year, IHOP served 4 million free pancakes on National Pancake Day and more than $3 million were donated to children's charities.

IHOP's goal this year is to raise $3 million, bringing the eight-year total to more than $13 million.
