-- Udi's Gluten free Pizza Crust or Pizza Crust prepared according to package directions
-- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
-- 1/4 Cup My Brother Oogs Hot BBQ Sauce
-- 1 Cup diced Grilled Chicken*
-- 1/4Cup thinly sliced red onion
-- 1/8 Cup thin sliced pepperoncini rings (mild)
-- 1 Cup shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheese
-- 1/8 Cup chopped Cilantro
-- Pre-heat oven and pizza stone to 400º F **
-- Brush pizza crust with olive oil
-- Top pizza crust with My Brother Oogs Hot BBQ Sauce
-- Arrange chicken on top of BBQ sauce
-- Arrange red onion on top of chicken
-- Arrange pepperoncinis on top of red onion
-- Top with shredded cheese
-- Place pizza on pre-heated pizza stone and bake in pre-heated oven for 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese has melted and slightly browned in spots. ***
-- Top with chopped cilantro prior to serving
*Pre-cooked frozen grilled chicken maybe used in place of fresh grilled.
**Place on cookie sheet or directly on rack if pizza stone is not available
