TULSA - Saturday evening, dozens of local chefs will come together to help Oklahoma tornado victims.
Chef Aid, in conjunction with 37 Tulsa chefs, will host a fundraiser for those affected by recent tornadoes.
The benefit begins June 22 at 6:30 p.m. at the Tulsa Convention Center's Tulsa Ballroom, and includes dinner and live entertainment.
Tickets are $75. Beer, wine and soft drinks are included in the ticket price.

Executive Chef Devon Levine with the Tulsa Convention Center stopped by this morning to make Caribbean Gazpacho.
½ cup Fresh Mango, peeled, seeded and diced
½ cup Fresh Papaya, peeled, seeded and diced
½ cup Avocado, peeled, seeded and diced
½ cup Vine Ripe Tomatoes, diced
¼ cup Cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
¼ cup Scallions, chopped
¼ cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
Combine all ingredients in bowl and add:
4 cups Tomato Juice
1 cup Chile Sauce
1 cup Water
Lea & Perrins, Celery Salt & Garlic Salt to taste.
Gently stir all ingredients and tomato juice mixture together and serve in tall martini glass or wide rim bowl and garnish with celery stalks.
