Bobby Singleton has been operating The Fish Shack out of Coweta for seven years. From fried fish to grilled items to go, complete with all the sides, Singleton serves it up right. He stopped by the Reasor's kitchen set and showed us how he prepares his fried catfish.
4 c. cornmeal
2 c. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
Pre-heat oil to 350 degrees.
Bread catfish and frog legs in batter and shake off extra batter.
Place in fryer a couple at a time and fry 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
The Fish Shack is located at 11319 S. Highway 51, Coweta.
