Bronko's Barbecue Tostadas

Bronko of Bronko's Pit Barbecue has a recipe sure to be a hit at Labor Day parties this weekend. You can enjoy his barbecue tostadas without even lighting up the grill.

Barbecue Tostadas:

Serves 12

-3 lbs of ground beef

-1 tbs of Garlic powder

-1 tbs of Onion powder

-1/2 cup of Bronko's Smokehouse barbecue sauce (available at Reasors)

-Package of tostada shells

-Refried beans

-Toppings: lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, green onion, jalapenos

Brown meat with onion and garlic powder in large skillet. Add sauce and stir together. Warm up tostada shells. Add scoop of refried beans on top of shells, add hamburger meat on top of shells.

Garnish with your favorite toppings! Bronko recommends shredded lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and green onion.

Add a dollop of ranch-sour cream:

One cup of sour cream + one cup of Ranch dressing.
