TULSA - The pork roast is stuffed with prosciutto, pancetta, pecorino Romano, lemon peel, garlic, and several other spices. It is slow roasted, sliced, and then cooked on our pizza crust with whole milk mozzarella to finish it off. To make this at home, you'll want to use high quality whole milk mozzarella, thinly sliced and seasoned pork roast, and some pecorino Romano cheese.
Once you've assembled the ingredients to this simple pizza, with the pork roast on top of the cheese, bake on a preheated pizza stone in a 500 degree oven until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
