TULSA - A rock band with local ties kicked off its U.S. tour with a stop in Green Country Tuesday, but not before the group's front man sat down with 2NEWS.
Rob Thomas, of Matchbox Twenty, shared what it's like to prepare for a two-hour set.
"The idea is that when you come see the show it looks like it was nothing, you know?" Thomas said.
The band, which first hit it big nearly 20 years ago, is linked to Tulsa from drummer Stacy Jones, who hails from the city.
