Lauren Conrad: 'I'm not planning a wedding - yet'

LAUREN CONRAD is playing down reports she's planning a wedding, insisting she's not ready for marriage yet - but she has found the perfect guy.

Gossip from last month (Oct12) suggested the reality TV star-turned-author and fashion icon was set to follow her fellow former The Hills star Kristin Cavallari down the aisle after sources reported her boyfriend William Tell was ring shopping.

Friends told Life & Style magazine that law student Tell is head over heels in love with Conrad - and he's looking for the perfect engagement ring.

One pal told the publication, "William told a friend that Lauren was the one and he was shopping for an engagement ring. He said he was planning on proposing very soon and can't wait to pop the question."

But Conrad herself has shot down the wedding rumors during an exclusive interview in the new issue of In Touch.

That said, she does think her boyfriend of nine months is a "wonderful guy", and she tells the publication, "I kind of hope I'm done with dating!"

But she adds, "At the moment, I don't think I'm ready for that (marriage). I have a lot of professional things that I'm focusing on."
