Britney Spears and Demi Lovato land Hollywood cement honor

BRITNEY SPEARS and DEMI LOVATO made their mark on Hollywood on Tuesday (11Sep12) by leaving their handprints in cement at THE X FACTOR premiere in Los Angeles.

Music moguls L.A. Reid and Simon Cowell joined their co-stars as they placed their hands and feet in wet cement outside the Grauman's Chinese Theater in celebration of the new series of the U.S. TV talent show.

Lovato took to Twitter.com to post a photo of herself and her fellow judges at the ceremony, writing, "Surreal..." while Spears tweeted, "I'm here!!! Just walked the blue carpet for The X Factor Party - so exciting!"

The first episode of the second season of America's The X Factor airs on Wednesday (12Sep12).
