Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds' wedding straight from The Notebook

The site where BLAKE LIVELY and RYAN REYNOLDS exchanged vows on Sunday (09Sep12) has a very special movie connection for the couple - it's where romantic classic THE NOTEBOOK was filmed.

The Gossip Girl star wed Reynolds during a secret ceremony at the Boone Hall Plantation in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina and guests of the party felt like they were on a movie set - the 2004 movie, featuring Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams, was shot there.

Few other details about the nuptials were available as WENN went to press, but in addition to the couple's families, attendees included British hitmaker Florence Welch and singer/actress Bette Midler, who performed at the reception, according to People.com.

This was the actor's second trip down the aisle - he separated from Scarlett Johansson in 2010.
