Bartlesville police investigate infant death

BARTLESVILLE, Okla. - Bartlesville police are investigating the death of an infant child.
According to Capt. Jay Hastings, police found the baby dead shortly after 2:30 p.m. Sunday after responding to a report of a “deceased infant” on the 700 block of S.E. Johnstone Avenue.
Police are conducting the investigation in conjunction with “another agency,” said Hastings.
No further details have been released.
