BARTLESVILLE - A Bartlesville man was sentenced to life in prison last week after being found guilty of lewd molestation in April.
Adam Clayton Horton, 30, was arrested last July on complaints of first degree rape and two counts of lewd molestation involving a 5-year-old and an 8-year-old.

In April, Horton was found guilty of one of the two counts of lewd molestation and not guilty of rape.
May 29, Washington County District Judge Curtis L. Delapp accepted the jury’s recommendation of a life sentence. Horton will also pay a victim’s compensation of $1,000 and register as a sex offender.
