Sara Goldenberg joined KJRH in March 2010 as a Multi Media Journalist. That means besides on the air, you’ll often see her out in the field shooting her own video and editing it when she gets back to the station.

Sara comes to Tulsa from KJCT in Grand Junction, Colorado where she was a reporter and fill-in anchor. She was a “one man band” there too, covering stories from wildfires and cold cases to searches for dinosaur fossils. Sara says she really enjoyed covering politics in Colorado and looks forward to continuing that interest in Oklahoma.

Sara is from the Philadelphia area and started her career in broadcasting as an intern at NBC10/WCAU. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism at the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University.

In her free time, Sara is an avid runner and loves to ski. She also enjoys travelling, and does a lot of that since this is the fifth state she has lived in!

Sara is happy to be in Tulsa and cover the stories that matter to you!
