For nearly a decade, I've been able to pursue my passion for television news here in Oklahoma and my native state of Texas.
I got my start in the business in the Wichita Falls/Lawton market, that was in 1998. Since then, I've been fortunate enough to live and work in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Dallas and Tyler, Texas. I haven't always been in front of the camera, the first 7 years of my career I produced newscasts.
During that time, I was honored to have my work recognized with two Emmy nominations and by several journalistic organizations such as the Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters.
I grew up in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and that's where most of my family members still live; though I consider my return to Tulsa a wonderful homecoming.
