TULSA, OK – 2 Works for You, Regional Hyundai and Oklahoma Transit Association are partnering up early to help make the holidays a little brighter for our local military families in need with the annual “Stuff A Bus” drive benefiting Operation Homefront.
Items being collected include new, premium toys, sporting goods, baby items and gift cards to give as holiday gifts to children of military families in Oklahoma. Operation Homefront cannot accept food (including baby formula), clothing or used items.
Regional Hyundai will be collecting items prior to Friday and will bring them to the Stuff A Bus event. They are located at 2380 West Kenosha Street in Broken Arrow--that's 71st Street between 129th East Avenue and 145th East Avenue.
On October 11th from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m, 2News Anchors and volunteers from Tulsa Transit will be standing curbside at the 2News studios accepting donations.
Folks are encouraged to drive right up to the curb of the 2 Works for You news studios in Brookside (37th & Peoria) and drop off their donations.
